I just finished writing a Final Essay for my African American Studies class that focuses on A.A. Spirituality. I got a bit overzealous and turned a 9 page essay into a 13-pager. The essay is focused on progress in the African American Church. Using theories from evolutionists like Herbert Spencer & Charles Darwin, mixed with a history lesson in the Industrialization of Europe and a dash of the Apostle Paul's teachings in Athens, I attempt to draw a conclusion about why it is of utter importance for the Church to innovate.
